Mission Statement of the Heartland Limousin Association
The purpose for which the HLA is organized is to serve as a service organization designed to promote and further enhance the Limousin breed of cattle in the six-state area comprised of IA, KS, MN, MO, NE, and SD.
The goals for the Association shall include promotion, strengthening state and junior associations within the region; Development of a regional publication; improvement of communication and a unified attitude of breeders; providing market information and expertise; serving as a coordinator of events between the Association and the industry; to increase breeder involvement; and to strengthen ties between NALF and the Heartland Limousin Association.
